Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders and agreements between MadeIn3D (Orphei Deprest, VAT BE 1008.513.057) and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotes and orders

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded when the client accepts the quote in writing and pays any requested deposit.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment automatically incurs interest of 1% per month and a flat-rate fee of 10% of the outstanding amount (minimum € 50), without prior notice.

4. Production and delivery

Delivery times are indicative and do not give rise to compensation if exceeded. Products are delivered as agreed (pick-up or shipping). Risk passes to the client upon delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Right of withdrawal

All MadeIn3D products are made to order. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (Art. VI.53, 3° Belgian Code of Economic Law). Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled.

6. Supplied files

The client warrants that any 3D files and designs supplied are free of third-party rights and that the client is entitled to have them produced. MadeIn3D accepts no liability for infringement of intellectual property rights by the client.

7. Liability

MadeIn3D is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits. Liability is in any case limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order. Products are intended for decorative or functional use under normal conditions; MadeIn3D is not liable for damage caused by improper use.

8. Intellectual property

Designs and models created by MadeIn3D remain the property of MadeIn3D unless expressly agreed otherwise. The client obtains a right of use for personal use of the printed objects. Resale or reproduction requires prior written consent.

9. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of MadeIn3D's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
